The Resort is family owned and managed. This is a family of artists, and their good taste is evident throughout the public areas of the Resort.
The pool is set in well-tended gardens, although we felt that it was a little small for a 22-room Hotel. Having said that, guests do not generally come to Ubud to lounge in the pool. The hotel has a small spa with experienced therapists.
Rooms are air-conditioned, and, although not luxurious, are comfortable and stylish. More evidence of the owner’s taste in art. Each room also has a private terrace. Be sure to ask for breakfast to be served on the terrace. Great way to start the day.
A free shuttle service will send or pick you up from Ubud’s main street. Otherwise, it is only a 10-minute walk.
